My parents were gone and it was just me (im 16) and my brother (hes 14), we were just playing around like brothers do wrestling and stuff (for fun, not to hurt each other), and he hit his head on the corner of a table and went unconcious, He woke up in an hour or so before my parents got home, do you think I should have taken him to the hospital, should I tell my parents, are there any serious conditions he could have. When he woke up he remembered everythin so I dont think he got a concussion

You should have called 911. Losing consciousness is serious. He should definitely be checked out by a doctor, and don't delay.

Ummm... yeah! He should go to a doctor. He hit his heard hard enough to knock him out for an hour (if ever there is a next time call an ambulance-people have actually died from a hard enough bump in the head). He could have a clot or some other lession you and he are not aware of. If afraid that your parents will get mad about the horseplay, then make up an excuse for how he got hurt but he needs to be seen to make sure there are no injuries that could result in problems or even death later on. Waste no time; act on this NOW!!!!

Definitely you need to have your brother to go to have check up. You never know how serious it becomes. Yes, tell your parents as well.
