The painting is apparently owned by John Scudamore of Kentchurch Court, UK, and is associated with Sion Cent and Owain Glyndwr.

Try www.wikipedia.org. They are so up to date that the day something new happens it usually shows up there. There is a book that may be some what helpful called "The Mystery of Jack of Kent and the Fate of Owain Glyndwr" by Alex Gibbon. Apparently there is a "portrait" of him in there. That is about all the luck I can find.

I hope this helps.
