I am a female and have never had an orgasm. My long term boy friend (4 years) and i have slowed in our sex life. he is very possesive and gets mad when i sugest i want to masterbate. So purchasing a toy is out of the question. The other night in the bathroom i tried to masterbate the way ive seen on the internet and i didnt get the feels i think one should, after 15 min it was just painful and annoying.

What are the best ways to masturbate, and are there any sites that maybe helpful?

I am so sorry to hear that you are having this trouble. Normally Masturbation is a individual choice. If you have been brought up with a moralistic background I could see that you might have some difficulty finding yourself able to respond. There are so many women in America with this same problem. A woman must believe in herself in order to find the courage to come out from under this kind of training and discover her own sexuality. One thing I read a while ago seemed to express that many women do not find this aspect of their personality until they are around 39 going on 40 years old. That is because it is such an emotional thing in the female psyche. A boy can mastrubate very young and is almost always successful because it is simply much more mechanical for him. A woman needs so much more invested. It must fulfill her much more emotionally, at least initially. Imagination is the key to female orgasm. So is some mechanical training. There was a book that is out of print now entitled "The key to Feminine Sexual Response" It was written by a author who felt that the "Kegel" excercise was very important part of making a woman sexually responsive. That is just a theory but I also feel it has some potential. Finally imagination is truly the key. This cannot be taught. Annie Sprinkle knows all about this and her website is a treasure for women everywhere. Also Nancy Friday wrote, "My Secret Garden" in 1972 it was a collection of female sexual fantasies... I think she is still selling it online if not still on Amazon.com. Many women never come to climax because their men are knuckle dragging morons who bearly know their own sexuality let alone the complicated sexuality of their partners. Romance novels may be the least intrusive thing that you can oobtain to explore your "sexual triggers." Try to find what might enhance your masturbatory experience. Captured Princess by pirates who introduce her virginal body to the first sexual experiences so much more slowly then she could ever have imagined. Or the American Girl that was brought to the erotic slave markets of the Sahara after she was abducted in a Las Vegas Ladies room. Now she is to be sold as the Slave girl for a Sultan. These are only a some of what seem to favorites among women I have talked online with. "She Comes First: The Thinking Man's Guide to Pleasuring a Woman by Ian Kerner is another good manual that may bring a moronic male to his senses, but I doubt it... Happy explorarations to you, and I hope you find what you truly deserve.

Lots of partners are offended by masturbation because they fear that means they don't satisfy you. You may introduce play into your love making with your boyfriend so that he can eat you out or masturbate you himself. Other than that I would suggest waiting until you are home alone and making yourself comfortable in bed, then trying it. Also, many toys can be purchased at adult stores and you can purchase one and keep it in a place your BF does not get into. It seems to me that perhaps you were feeling guilty as if cheating on your BF while you tried it in the bathroom and that may have been why you did not get the results you thought it would have. Good luck!

Using your finger to stimulate your clitoris should bring intense pleasure leading to orgasm. The orgasm originates in the clitoris, not in the vaginal canal. Explore your body and find what gives you pleasure. If nothing feels good, I would suggest seeing a gynecologist because you should be capable of giving youself an orgasm!

The first thing you need to do is relax and have fun. I dont understand why your bf is having a problem with you masturbating its not like youre doing it with someone. And the more you learn about what you like through masturbation the better your sex life will be.
