I mean, you like it so much to call it the best of the year, but not enough for it to win in its own music category. Please explain the reasoning.

I no this years VMAs SUCKED!!!!AFI sould have not won Best Rock Video.

They probably win best video cause they video was "OK" and they song was not the very best rocksong and i hate rock music but that have to be the one would not listen to but how did they EVEN WIN BEST VIDEO

Not sure, but the VMA's SUCKED this year. I was expecting so much more. I can remember 2003's VMA's and I can barely remember this one. I don't know what was going through MTV's mind to allow that to go on the air.

They give it to the most popular band at the time who openly supports MTV. It's not about fans, it's not about music, it's not about anything but money.

cuz it just wasnt good enuff plain and simple. compared to the other rock videos it just couldnt compete with the others in its genre.

well to say the truth..AFI is more rock and Panic! isn't too rock it's a mix of alot of things and EMO isn't one of them for those who think it is..ugh
