Canada is a place just like yours, its not that much safer as you assume, actually, it can be alot more dangerous! We are a society that is a multicultual peice of art, not a melting pot. The winters are not harsh here, they are justlike the winters in New york or Ohio. Not everyone loves or plays hockey, but those who play are great because we grow up playing it from as soon as we can skate, not because we have nothing to do. Theres alot of stuff to do, there are alot of clubs, amusement parks and shopping malls here. We dont live in igloos, were civalized and we have houses, looking exactly the same as the yours. Dont be ignorant when you meet a Canadian please.. they have the same lifestyle as you, ask them all you want about it, there bound to be friendly. thanks

I know exactly how you feel. I come from Texas & boy are there a lot of stereotypes about us. Yes I know how to ride a horse (I learned in Idaho). Yes I owned/drove a pickup for many yrs., no I don't have one now. Yes I talk with a Texas twang but that doesn't give anyone free reign to make fun of me(& many have). No I am not a Republican, I'm Independant. Yes I still say Mam/Sir to folks older than me or over me in some way. i.e; boss, governor, teacher, president etc. I will never stop doing this as it is considered to be good manners where I live & I was raised that way. Yes I love ice-tea (no sugar please).Yes I am well educated &Yes, I have traveled the world and yep, been to Canada. I know the folks there are very nice & helpful, & that they live in houses, not igloos. I even lived in Alaska for a year. They don't live in igloos either.

I have visited British Columbia many times and love it. I have shopped and partied in Vancouver and Camped in some of the beautiful rural areas. Why would you assume that Americans have these ideas about Canada. Some great people in America like Michael J Fox and the late Peter Jennings were Canadians. Why are you tripping?

Who made these remarks???? Not me. We have been to Canada a couple of times. Beautiful country and the people were friendly just like in every other state we've been too. There is a lot of things to see and do. I think we there on the Thanksgiving observed holiday.

I in basic terms watched a documentary on the tracing of Mitochandrial DNA of specific tribes of community individuals to peoples in Siberia (which might make experience in the event that they actually did come for the era of on the Land bridge). It became exciting to me because of the fact that i'm section community American too, yet have not got a clue what tribe (supposedly Cherokee & Souix, yet who knows). that's an exciting difficulty to contemplate nonetheless.

Okaaaay...not all Americans are that judgmental, kiddo. By accusing us of labeling you, you have labeled us all. Nice job.

By the way...you're reported. Not only is this NOT a question, it is a rant.

Have a lovely day, igloo-boy! Go play some hockey, would ya?
