The first step is admiting that yes i drink way to much...this type of "problem" is normally solved by self acceptance and commitment. Support also helps this is the bases of AA...but if your looking at avoiding that everytime your confronted with a drink just say no...hit it head on just dont drink as much and then sooner or later cut it back even more till you stop drinking or only haveing a beer here and there or a glass of wine a dinner

No, i do no longer. My mothers and dads the two extraordinarily much consistently inebriated and subsequently did no longer care if I drank or no longer, and so I many times did as a youthful teenager. (I truthfully won't be able to remember a time while my father hadn't been eating). eating at a youthful age became additionally greater socially proper in that society than that's the place we live now. i do no longer think of I won something from the loose reign. I prefer to no longer drink in any respect now (will do at times at social events, etc. yet do no longer shop any alcohol at abode). the main mandatory element, in my opinion, is modelling healthful eating behavior, and not starting to be a "badass stigma" approximately eating. that's real that international locations with bigger criminal an prolonged time, have greater problems with binge eating and adolescents, which actually isn't a twist of fate. i think of that I do sort healthful eating behavior yet i do no longer enable them to drink.

your first step has been accomplished, admitting you have a problem. the next step is to get yourself into a hospital or treatment center where you can be assisted and monitored as you detox yourself. it won't be easy. hopefully you have a strong support network made up of family members and friends. lean on them during this crucial time. pray continuously for the strength to endure the process of detoxification as well as the temptation to drink again once detox is over. it takes courage and will power to do what you need to do. in the long run, you and all those significant people around you will benefit from your sobriety. once sober, get yourself into an AA program and attend meetings on a regular basis. this organization is known for the tremendous support they offer to recovering alcoholics.
Best of luck as you take this giant leap toward sobriety.

You have to get treatment and then join an AA type 12 step group. You most likely will not be able to do this alone. Some people have done it that way but those cases are very rare.
