I am looking for info on star constellations located over Columbia, South America.

Virtually all star constellations known to man are visible from Columbia. The Northern Celestial Pole will sit on your northern horizon and your Southern Celestial Pole will sit on your southern horizon, and as the year progresses, all the constellations will be seen to trapse across your sky. I like Sky and Telescope magazine. They have a web site as well as a cool magazine and every issue details the northern and southern sky constellations that are visible for that particular month.

Sky & Telescope is a good magazine! They also have a website where you can give your location and time and they will give you a star chart: http://skytonight.com/
