I enjoy making movies and edit them using Windows Movie Maker. When I save them to burn to disc they are saved as .wmv files (I think). However, how do I save them in a MPEG4 format?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks S

I don't think you can. If the option is available, it will be found under the codec options in your media types menu.

Cant be done - Windows WMV .format can only be played from the hard drive / cd to your pc. You can copy the wmv file to a cd but cant play the cd other than on your pc. Dont know of any software than can convert wmv to mpeg1, 2, 3 or 4

Best bet is to use something like nero 7, video wave etc.

Hope this is of some help to you.

That's where Windows ends and other 3rd party applications begin. You have to either pay money or find some program that will convert .wmv to .mp4.
