Does anyone know what the asking price should be for 750 board feet of virgin pine cut in Virginia in 1800. It is 2 to 3 inches wide and was used as ceiling loists in an old warehouse. It is in random lengths with the grain very close together. It is straight and has been kept dry..It could be used in flooring and woodcrafting.

Lumber from that age is now being retrived from sunken lumber barges in the Great Lakes and sold at a very high price. I don't know who is selling it, I would have to ask one of the better contractors, but you should consider your price based on their price.
