Its a vicious circle I'm afraid. I think it all has something to do with the fact that when you are miserable and looking hopeless, people notice you and give you the attention you crave. They ask you what is wrong and want to help you. They show concern. And the more concern they show, the more attention you want. And you say nothing is wrong because if they were to know what was wrong, then they may be able to sort the problem out for you and then where would you be? No problem to solve=no more concern or attention.
I am not saying you are an attention seeker. Please don't take it the wrong way. What I am saying is that you are craving attention, you're crying out for help. Only you won't accept the help.
You are going to have to open up chick, because these feelings are going to swallow you up and drive these concerned people away from you.

By taking a look at what you have got, not what you haven't got. I was on the edge of depression once bought tablets to finish myself when my husband left me with three little ones for a cheap floozy (my best friend) two things stopped me, one is that my children would find me, the other is that I couldn't get the lid off the tablets, bloody child-proof lids.
Life sometimes deals you a bad hand, put them back in the pack and take some more cards.

Sorry to mention this , but dont know why I'm sorry really. Are u premenstrual? it makes so much difference you know but even when you're older sometimes it takes someone to suggest that might be the reason you're so bad today, cos when you are everything else goes out the window and you dont stop and consider thats why today is that much worse. I know it sounds really gooney but if you havent tried it b4 try noting down in a diary the worst days and you might find they go in a cycle. Of course if not, anti depressants I'd go with. Most ppl in life dont have ESP. So if you cant communicate what is wrong with you. How are they suppose to guess? Sounds to me like you need to find someone, anyone who will listen and just let it all out. I feel better usually after I do. Good luck

Tr St. Johns Wort.
It's a natural anti-depressant and may help settle the chemical imbalances that are causing you to feel like this.
If it hasn't worked after a couple of weeks then you need to seek professional help.
With todays treatments you don't need to suffer like this.

My motto however is "If you don't laugh then you'll cry"....so you might as well laugh and look on the positive side of life.......a much healthier and happier way to live.....

Go out and mix with a new circle of friends... you need to be Surrounded with people who make you laugh!
The more you laugh the less depressed you'll feel.
Eat lots of chocolate too!!

the samaritans are good to talk to, or get some happy pills from the doc, you could try chocolate but it dont last long, or go and have a good evening with your mates
