There is no rating of totally online universities, because these institutions do not participate in any national ranking system. They are for-profit businesses, not like publicly or privately funded colleges and universities.

If she MUST take online courses, she should DEFINITELY take them under the auspices of a well-known and REGIONALLY (not nationally) accredited university. Many reputable state universities offer affordable online courses (and even degrees) these days. Please do research before you waste your family's money.

Here is a list of regional accreditation associations. If the program you are considering is not accredited by one of these bodies, she should look elsewhere.
