excercise, excercise,excercise. you have to burn what youre eating and eat healthy. eat breakfast and eat every 3 hrs but healthily. when you excercise do cardioex running, kickboxing,etc and do strength training. also drink alot of water. take your weight and divide it in half and thats how much water you should be drinking everyday. cut out sugar and sweets. good luck
