I had four sisters that all became sexually active around 10-11 yo. They all grew up normal. Don't forget, sex is why we are here.

You could start by disciplining her.
Where is a 10-11 year old girl going by herself that she's even able to have sex?
If you are the mother you need to step up to the plate and show her that you are the rule maker in the house and that her behavior is not acceptable. If that means she can't go out to friends houses if she can't keep her legs shut then so be it.
If you are the 11 year old who is asking this question you need to wake up pretty quick hon because you're in for a long road of heartache and boys using you and when you come to realize that you want more from a relationship with a boy than "feeling good" , no one will want you because you'll be all used up.

My daughter already knows that if she even thinks about things like this I'm sending her to a convent. But, seriously, my daughter and I are pretty close we talk about almost everything. I cant imagine having sex at 10, I wasn't interested in things like that. But, you have to be firm. Let her know whose boss, if it's possible ground her, don't let her out of your sight. Take her to your/her Dr. and discuss this with him/her, get her some counciling. She is just a baby still, to young to be having sex. She has her whole life ahead of her she shouldn't rush to do adult things. You could also do what I've been doing every since my 12 yr old started to mature, make sure ANY AND ALL boys that may be around knows who you are and how you stand on the subject. I've had teenage boys walk off my property and have never returned, they don't want to mess with MAMA. I know in times like these everything is harder, especially raising kids. But, at some point she needs her parents to be parents, let her know this behavior is unacceptable and let hr know there are consequences for her actions. Be firm, but not a dictator or over react.

There are also legal issues. If you are the parent- you are providing an unfit environment for for her and she can and will be taken away from you.
If you are the 11 yr old- you are causing problems for yourself and everyone around you. Your parents, sexual partners, and possibly the parents of your partners are all at risk at being punished for this.
Stop and get help before the state comes in and gets involved.

Oh my! This is a serious problem. But you shouldn't of let her in the first place. That age is too young to even have a boyfriend. Your daughter has a serious problem. See a doctor.

Depends what you mean. Is it sexual intercourse? Then of course she is too young. If masturbation, then she is about the age when she will begin to discover it.
