About 5 days before your missed period, I believe.

You have to wait at least a month before knowing or before even having symtoms.Once you miss your period you can take a pregnancy test they have test that you can take even one day after a missed period but keep in mind not all positives are positives and not all negatives are negatives with home test.I recommend being tested at a clinic.Some symptoms are as follow morning or even evening sickness,Tired,mood swings,and missed periods.Those are the most common but it has been known some women have no symptoms.Like me for instance i hade two children prior to my last pregnancy and i never even missed a period but was pregnant!!!.

there is the ept test that allows you to test up to 5 days before your missed period
