Some lizards eat bugs and spiders. Others eat plants, small animals, or even other lizards.

Most lizards use their eyes to look for food. Some use their sense of smell.

Lizards have jaws with teeth. They also have teeth on the roof of their mouth.

It depends on what kind of lizard it is. Look up a list of lizards that are native to you area, and usually you can figure out what it is. If not, take it to a local exotic/reptile store and they can probably tell you. Most of the time, lizards usually eat small bugs(i.e. crickets, meal worms). Generally, don't feed it anything bigger than it's head.
