There is not always something to spoil the day .
Have you ever heard the saying ,where ever you go ,you are still there? Learn to turn a stumbling block into a stepping stone ,refuse to be less then OK .
Keep smiling

Why are you looking for something to spoil the day? Why not look at what good happened today. There will always be people looking out for the negative...they are the ones that found fault in Jesus Christ. If they can find fault in someone that was sinnless they can find fault in anything. It's just as easy to smile and be happy, than be p*ssed off all the time.

There are always good and bad things happening at all times.

If you choose to focus on a bad thing and how it spoils your day, that's your choice.

Either focus elsewhere, or use the bad thing as a motivating force to do some good.

There could be constant interruptions in the day, the ones that spoil it for me are the ones that might take the whole day. You know the kind.. I call it spinning my wheels and nothing was resolved.
