I have no idea whats wrong with my car, it looks like battery problem cuz it doenst start or crank at all. However i know its not the battery cuz the head lights goes on whe i turn the ignition on, also when i insert the key the lights inside starts blinking but it just doesnt start..help pls!!

Low battery power could be the problem, probably not though. Your STARTER is probably damaged or inoperative or one of the starter circuits is damaged. Nothing is wrong with the battery.

Just because it has enough juice to turn on the headlights doesn't mean that it has enough power to turn on the starter. There's a reason the starter cable is as thick as a finger and the light wires are thin as spaghetti.
Try and see if it starts with a jump start. If so, suspect the battery or battery cables. If a jump start won't start it, suspect the starter, solenoid, or relay.

Battery might not have enough charge. Jump it with cables, or if a 5 speed push it and pop start it.

No power to the starter. Simple fix, check all the lines running to the starter.

most likey the battery is dead i would take it to a lcal repair shop to have the problem fix good luck
