And now our "inalienable" right to the persuit of happiness is banned along with it? As a side note I don't like Cheetos and they are bad for you, but they make fat people happy, shouldn't I have the right to ban them?

Agreed wholeheartedly. The US Gov't does not have any Constitutional authority to ban any substance from private use. It does so by Administrative Regulation, which isn't law, and blatantly contrived mis-interpretations of the Commerce Clause.

I suppose. But hemp wasn't always illegal. It was for many decades grown in this country for it's usefulness as paper, textiles, building materials, food, medicine, paint, detergent, varnish, oil, ink, and fuel. Hemp when it was grown was among one of the most productive and useful plants known.

And what is so funny is that hemp ain't got any [sic] hallucinogenic properties and it can save hundreds of thousands of trees every day! But our elected officials are too lazy to do their homework or to even study this situation.
