yes,,,,, a jeweler can easily resize it.
very simple, and wont cost much to do this.

Sorry to say but NO.. there is NO way to stretch it.. It would break immediately and with steel.. there is no way to make it bigger.... The ONLY way (which would destroy the looks of the bracelet) is sto cut it someplace and then add a piece of steel and you and I know that that would not be feasible so you can do nothing.. I had the same problems with two bracelets that I had made of silver

maybe a jeweler could help you or you could go to any place that sells jewelry and get an extension piece, if this is a bracelet this will work im not sure about extensions for watches, or maybe if you take it back to the place you bought it from they may either have a bigger size or be able to assist you better.

Take it to a muffler shop. They have a tool for stretching pipes that might do it
