I have those too (on my forehead) and did some research and learned that they are lipids (fats) that are trapped under the skin and to get rid of them you exfoliate by chemical and physical means. You can do this through a professional (more powerful methods to get rid of them) or yourself. They aren't acne or pimples. Good luck. I think I got mine from using sunscreen and/or facial creams. They ruin the looks of my skin and I am using microdermabrasion on my face now to try and improve my skin.

You need to go see a dermatologist. They could be minor infections under the skin, caused by sebum trapped under the skin, and it can't get out. It could be acne. It could be something like rosacea, though I doubt that. Anyway, if it is any of the above you probably need antibiotics. I have been told, as well, by my dermatologist to use dove to wash. I'm not sure if that is true for all people, though. I would first see a doctor before you do anything else. Some cleaners and cleansers can make the problem worse. Do NOT touch it or pick at it, that will scar your skin and definitely cause acne.

Whatever you do, don't take to heart what people say about staying clean. Acne doesn't mean a person is not washing their face. Acne and other skin disorders are caused by a variety of reasons, the least of which is cleanliness.

I hope you get it figured out, though. Good luck to you!!!

Could be heat bumps if you wear a hat and sweat. Then again it could be pimples. Best thing to do is wash your face in the morning and at night. Get a good cleanser and some acne cream it should go away its part of growing up.

They are probably hair bumps wich come from your hair especially if you wear it in hair styles that come over you forhead/face. So if u wear hairstles like that maybe try ponytails and other hairstyles that u like that dosen't involve the hair being anywhere near your face.

They are blackheads. Wash your face everyday and use a blackheads cleansing wipe. Also there are pore strips. You put one on your nose and ten minutes later you take it off. All that dirt will come off with the pore strip. You can also use a green mask which will dry acne, cleanse away you blackheads and shrink your pores.

They are black heads, you just can't see the color, because your skin is covering them...try exfoliating...

I can't tell you because I have them too. I think they are pimples that just haven't developed.
