This not so straight forward since these four arthropods are not natural enemies. My answer is spider and here is why.

(1) Ants rarely kill alone. Army ants are known to kill chicken, goats, pigs, and anything else in its path. A single ant may not be very formidable. Even a single African driver ant, which can be 40mm (1.6in), would not be a fearsome predator compare to the top of the other 3 arthropod.

However, ants are some of the most successful animals on earth today. Harvard biologist EO Wilson, an expert on ants and other things, estimates that there are between ten to the sixteenth and ten to the seventeen ants on earth (that is 100,000,000,000,000,000 ants). This represents 15% of all animal biomass. Among the 4 you mentioned, ants are relatively new on earth. Ants evolved from a type of wasp in the Cretaceous Period 120 million years ago but really didn't reach dominance until Tertiary Period about 60 million years ago.

(2) Cockroaches have been quite successful and have been around since the Carboniferous period between 354–295 million years ago. The world's largest cockroach is the Australian giant burrowing cockroach, which can grow to 90mm in length and weigh more than 30 grams. At that size, no other arthropod can kill it except a large spider.

(3) Robber or assassin flies, with a wingspan of 75mm (3 in) are aerial hunters known to commonly attack bees and web weaving spiders.

(4) The largest spider is the goliath tarantula. It has been known as a bird eater. With a leg span of 280mm (11 in) and weighing 170 g (6 oz), it would have no problem with any cockroach, ant or fly.

I would have also considered two other giant arthropodic predator: the dragonfly and the praying mantis. But among your four, the tarantula wins.

dumbest question I've ever heard, spider is not an insect, the type of insect matters too, if the ant is an army ant with the huge mandibles and a stinger than i would take the ant, flys dont do sh1t but get eaten by spiders and roaches are just roaches.
