yeah it sounds like it and 10 is not very young, thats when i was done with puberty, so yeah just make sure your stocked up on pads so when she starts you can teach her to use them. Or show her before hand so she can have some privacy. Just make sure she tells you she started so you can do something to be there for her and show her that your proud of her. Also it builds a bond that you can be open about anything. Since there is usually a craving for foods or such take her for dessert for a mother daughter afternoon or evening so you can explain anything she may want to know

Her tummy is hurting b/c she needs to eat more healthy foods, her chest is hurting b/c her breasts are developing. At what age you start your cycle? And has she grown any hair the arms and the lower privite spot? That will help, if you know about the hairs.

bear in mind that 15 year olds are decrease than the age of consent, so going out should be ALL that you need to do at her age, and also you would should be very careful about that. notwithstanding, i imagine you'd be smart to attend in case you want this female on your existence for a lengthy time period. Very, very few human beings knew what we needed at 15, and for most human beings, boyfriends did not very last lengthy at that age. because you're a lot older, issues ought to probable be more effective in case you wait until eventually she is a junior or senior in extreme college.

Sounds like time to make a trip to the GYN to get a check up and the basic facts of how to care for those "issues" that you girls have and to learn a little about the facts of life.

She could be very well ready to start. I was only eight years old when I started but I dont remember chest pains. My tummy hurt and I was grouchy, but no chest pains. That sounds serious. Contact her doctor and let him evaluate her.

My daughter is eight and she is also developing. She is already getting breastbuds. i was very conncerned so i took her to the pediatricians and they did a blood test to check her hormonal levels and they were normal. the doctor said that eight is considered normal these days for puberty, I was shocked. but i think that your daughter may be starting soon. it sounds like it. i was elevan. if you are really concerned take her for a checkup.

Is your daughter kind of chubby? Sometimes in bigger girls, their hormones start earlier. It sounds like she could be getting ready though. Mensturation can start very early in girls.
