I guess most of the previous answers are from Americans since they have a problem understanding just what a theme-song is LOL.
My favourite theme-song from a movie is currently "We Have all The Time In The World" by Louis Armstrong from the Bond movie O.H.M.S.S. (On Her Majesty`s Secret Service).
