She's 5'5 about 110lbs with 32d's. She wants a reduction, I say nahhh. She says her back hurts a lot, but how do I convince her to not do it?

There's a lot of women with back problems from carrying those heavy things around. And, she'll have a better choice in dates too. Not all of us are so shallow that we go for the first big pair we see. Some of us actually prefer to find smaller women.

I'll tell you what, I'll find one of the ones around here, that made the mistake of getting an augmentation, and physically deforming herself on purpose, and I'll introduce her to you. You introduce me to this one. Then we'll both be happy.

Why that is actually a good idea because being small like her with those big boobs can be a real medical problem because the weight of the boobs can be hard on the back (that could be why her back hurts) and if she gets it done it wont be a major change just enough of a reduction to make her feel better about herself and to make her back and stuff feel better..... before you try and talk her out of it you should do some research and be their to support her no matter what decision she makes its her body and she can do what she wants with it and i really think that a reduction would be a good idea for her!

Hi....You never mentioned how old your friend was. If she is in her 30's, she has thought a lot about this. If she is a happy person in general, but the size of her breasts bother her or she has chronic pain, then she should investigate her options. A person who feels good about themselves and their appearance and feels healthy, generally does better in life.....it instills self confidence.

Large breasts can cause back problems and can also make you appear older. Sometimes the back problems are severe enough that your medical insurance even pays for the operations.

On the downside.....all operations are dangerous and if it is elective surgery ....much thought should go into it before its done.

Also....some people lose the sensitivity in their nipples from the surgery......another factor to consider before electing to have the surgery.

If your friend has talked about these issues to two (2) doctor and still feels she will feel better if she has the surgery, you shouldn't discourage her....you should support her. It's her body and her state of mind to consider......and only she can make that decision.

One last thing.....PLEASE....if she has the surgery, make sure it's in a HOSPITAL...not in a surgical facility in a doctors office. Only a hospital is equipped to handle any emergencies that arise.......and there are many doctors on staff to consult if a problem arises.

I have to repeat that...do not have a doctor tell you its a simple operation and you can save money having it in his office or a surgical facility other than a hospital....THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE ALL EMERGENCIES.

I had a friend who had a reduction and she had horrible back pain. What is your problem with her having it? If she feels better physically and emotionally, then it seems that you have your own issues to work out, don't ya?

You selfish prick... her back hurts for crying outloud. I get it, you are a breast man, but have a little compassion if the woman is really hurting and the doctors agree that a reduction will ease her her pain.

If she's that small framed with such large breats, it's probably in her best interest to have reduction surgery performed. It could really strain her back if she's that small and is carrying around such a heavy weight in one place. It's her body, her choice, probably in her best interest to do, and if she does it, you should just support her and help her out.

You can't really be serious. First of all, you say she is your friend, but you don't care enough about her to listen to her. If I told my friend I was in pain, and they said, yah, but your **** look great...I am pretty sure I would be rethinking our friendship. Secondly, fill a bra with let's say 10-15lbs of rice, and walk around in it all day. Something tells me you would be rethinking your opinion....
