I'm not really sure why he is still living at home, but sometimes there are valid reasons for someone of his age to still live at home. If he's able to support himself, then there should be no hard feelings about telling him he should move out on his own. But if there is some financial reason why he is still there and he is unable to support himself on his own, then you guys need to all sit down and talk about the things he's doing that drives you all crazy. Maybe if he understands that what he is doing is driving everyone crazy, he'll be kind enough to stop. Also, your parents should set some rules about the way he acts if he wants to continue living there. Otherwise, just ignore him. Driving yourself crazy about him is not good for your sanity...trust me lol.

He is 32 and they want him to go. You are ????? and they want you to stay. Most guys stay forever if not pushed nowadays. I know 40 year olds living at home playing video games and not even paying rent or buying food. They do have over 5,000 cd though. Not their fault. Parents are bad. And I do mean Bad parents.

Sit down with them and talk to them about it. Tell them you can't stand him in the house anymore and that they aren't helping him by allowing him to act that way and live for free off them. At 32 years old he should be able to have his own place and live his own life. Let them know that if he doesn't go, then you are going to.

In Canada it fairly is totally criminal, regardless of if the father and mom did no longer agree. mutually as I agree your friends ethical compass might might desire to be re-calibrated, below the regulation he's under no circumstances a paedophile.

Have him start paying rent, doing his own laundry, and make him mow the lawn. Treat him like the 17 year old he portrays himself to be.
