When I go to my favorites list there are several I want to delete, well actually a lot. To save time I would like to select them all at same time however holding down the control key and clicking does not work.

If you are using Windows XP, open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\(your name)\Favourites. In the right hand pane you will see your Favourites listed and you can use Ctrl+Click to highlight the Favourites you want to delete. Hit the Del key and click Yes. They're history!

Open the favorites folder. Ctrl-click the ones you don't want. Drag them to the 'Recycle Bin.'
