Need a good DVD to practice pregnancy yoga. Need good instructions and a combination of short and medium length programmes to follow.

I highly recommed Gaiam's Prenatal Yoga DVD. Respected yoga expert and mother Shiva Rea designed this program specifically for pregnancy. Safe stretching and strength-building exercises increase energy and stamina, and develop concentration for labor and delivery. Includes modifications for each trimester. 60 minutes.

howdy, im not sure how lots u can view, yet i coudnt locate something till we suscribed to Netflix. you could can in basic terms browse on line as a concentrated visitor and consider 'preg yoga' or somehting and it brings up ALOT of stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you could in basic terms write the call down then and consider out to google it for later. I in basic terms watch them from netflix and artwork out yet im somewhat specific u can browse around as a concentrated visitor and get some ideas=)
