Just start using another babysitter. If the neighbors ask, (it is really none of their business but) as neighbors will be neighbors... just tell them that you wanted your child to be exposed to changed circumstances while they are feeling secure in their own home, and that you wanted to give your co-worker's kid a chance to babysit. In other words, make up a little fib to be "nice".

Depending on the kid's maturity and your relationship with the neighbor, maybe give him/her direct feedback like, "I don't mind the missing beer or the extra miles on the 'vette, but I draw the line at letting Jimmy watch Barney," or whatever's appropriate for your situation. May help steer him/her in the right direction.

Just kind of "blame" it on your kids and say they've become finicky or more difficult to manage so you're going to get someone else to sit instead. If you put the reason more on the kids, then the neighbor's kid won't think it's her.

well i babysit around my neighborhood but just tell the kid that you have got another baby sitter but say it nicely and tell them that they were good but we needed a more experienced babysitter just make sure that you let them know that appreciated theyre help and they should leave you alone

tell them that you found someone that lives closer to the place you work so you're hiring that person so that if there are any emergencies you can get there really quickly.

Just say it is not nessesary anymore and hire a new one like me. I love kids.
