If you are out in public you are fair game but if you are inside in a supposedly private area you shouldn't have to worry about that sort of thing.
There are peeking tom laws
I would sue their asses off and get the police involved to get them put away

usually folks who are photographed like that want to be photographed like that or they wouldn't have been that irresponsible in the first place. Sure when you're young you might make a mistake, but by the time you're jennifers age and famous, you know better - that is - if you didn't want someone to do it.
Jennifer is not suing for invasion of privacy, she is suing for the publicity - fighting to get her name above the other big mamas in the tabloids. It's all one big hen fight and it's all in the timing. The next celebrity would happily knock Jennefer of the top with HER boobs if she can plan it just right.

If a photographer could take many snaps mean the actors are giving the opportunity to take them and in turn to get the publicity out of it.
I do not think they are losing anything by getting photographed topless or even totally nude, dont they do in movies?
It is all drama man!!!!!!!!

Happens all the time - mere publicity stunt.
I'm starting to get tired with Ms. Anniston's antics. I'm starting to see again that she isn't all that, just as she wasn't all that when she first appeared on Friends.

Oh well. What's done is done. They'll be on the internet in less than 24 hours anyway. Stuff gets around fast online.

I would do as Jennifer is doing, they are public persons but reporters must understand the limits of their profession.

That is absolutely an invasion of privacy. It is also morally wrong. She should sue.
