how do you tint acrylic water?

I want to tint acrylic water to make it look like iced tea? Can you tint acrylic water w/acrylic paint?

Whoa. Took me a minute to understand the question. I've never done this, so I'm just speculating.What I would do is use the paste food coloring that is offered in craft and cake decorating stores.The acrylic "water" and the an acrylic paint probably won't mix well together. The paste food coloring is not water based.so it should mix with the acrylic. Hope this helps. As I said I'm just speculating.
