You appear to have a pretty solid team. Let's take a look...
QB: Culpepper is your clear starter. If you can unload Brooks on some poor unsuspecting person in your league...do so. Get whatever you can. Keep Favre as your back up to Culpepper.
RB: James and Foster will be your starters. You need to bolster your back ups. Jacobs is a goal line vulture and Williams won't be used as much as you need.
WR: Housh, Ward, and Bennett are your clear starters. Not bad, but not great. You will have mixed results with this WR corps.
TE: Witten is the winner in this group.
K: SF will likely kick a boat load of FGs as their team sucks. You may have picked the sleeper here.
DEF; You start the Bucs as often as you can. NE D is odd and doesn't score well.

about a 4.. you need better wr's wards hurt, and bennett sucks..tade away jacobs bennett and coles or go to free agency and pick up some better players ...

very good. Lower quality QB, but have 2 very good RBs and very good WR. Defense is excellent.
Who cares about kickers unless you have Neil Rackers
