Good question. I know they've been allowing Catholics to join for some time now.
Maybe they hold new recruits up to a skin-color chart. Anything up to and including dark-tan is OK.

Looks like you are going to have to get your eyes checked. All I see in the picture are two clowns wearing dresses and looks like one of them is holding his balls. I could be wrong and he could be looking for them! I am not sure.
