I've dated one Christian guy while I was in the USA and he was madly in love with me. When it was time for me to leave for Ukraine he asked me to stay friends, because he didn't believe in long-distance relationship. He led me on for a year, telling me that he'd come to see me in a year. When I finally asked him what he felt for me, he said that he was dating somebody else at the moment. I still like that guy and I know if I stayed in the USA we'd be together, but I am not allowed to come back there for 1 more year and he is still immature and doesn't plan his life. I know he'd become a good man in future, so I don't know how to draw his attention again, because i still like him.

If he doesn't believe in long distance relationships there isn't much you can do. The only thing you can do is tell him how you feel and keep in touch with him on a friends level. Ask him to come visit you or at least tell him you'd love if he'd come to see you. Just keep in touch with him and when you are back in the US, if it is meant to be then it will be.
