He's making movies for the WWE, and is being held on the roster of Raw like Hogan and Foley, so as to allow a mini ratings boost at some point( a match or two),
As well as to keep them with WWE wrestling division(as opposed to the entertainment division-movies and television projects outside of wrestling)...pay a stipend for not going to wrestle elsewhere(and to reward service) and extra for any work done....
