I would just ask him, just sit down and say: hey, you wanna go to a movie tonight?
He could say yes or no.
Just don't get disappointed if he just wants to remain friends, it's always good to have friends that care about you and you should give it up.
As for your other friend, you can't control what they do, you can't control their feelings. Only your own. It's your life, live it and see what happens

Learn how to spell, then maybe when y'all get to high school, you can think about dating. Until then, its really just a waste of time. Hang out with your friends...play sports...enjoy your life without the complications that a dating relationship brings. Not everything about growing up is cool.....actually nothing about growing up is cool.

alls fair in love and war honey. tell your friend you like him to and are thinking about asking him out. sounds like you've liked him longer and maybe there is something there since you've known him so long. just make sure everyone knows whats going on dont do anything behind your friends back that will hurt her.

awhh that's so cute..try 2 talk to ur friend about the guy and see who likes the guy more and try to come to an agreement with ur friend before pursuing the guy.If ur friend really likes him stay away and get ur own man.
