What are your top 3 favorite positions when making love (and wanting to get pregnant)?

Doggie style and then flip over and put 2 pillows under your knees to help sperm stay in.

I have two girls and a boy on the way, I do not think there are any special positions for getting pregnant, or having a boy or girl. The only good advise is, take ovulation tests, when the time is right, make love because its love, not to make a baby! Then keep in mind that sperm can live inside you for up to 48 hours. also pee kills sperm. So do not go to the bathroom right away! Lay there for a while. Mabey fall asleep. good luck

Missionary position is actually best for getting pregnant, but another good one is doggy-style.

Missionary is acutally how I conceived my daughter but Baby Center reccomends Missionary, Doggie-Style, and Side by Side.

It's not what position you're in, it's the force his sperm enters you. Either it shoots or just spills out!!!!
