The fruit of the Chinaberry tree falls to the ground when ripe, and there's a hard seed in there kind of like a wooden bead. If you don't clean them all up from under the tree, there will be bunches of little sprouts. So you can just collect all those berries and plant them and you shouldn't have much trouble with getting more to grow. They're a pretty hardy plant.

May be a noxious weed or invasive
This plant is attractive to bees, butterflies and/or birds
Flowers are fragrant
This plant is suitable for growing indoors
Average Water Needs; Water regularly; do not overwater
Self-sows freely; deadhead if you do not want volunteer seedlings next season...Looks like it self sows, so should be an easy tree to grow...I would just wait for the seed to drop before adding to your potting mixture...
