I don't think there is really an answer to this question. Obviously under 30 inches is considered healthy, but anywhere between 22 inches and 28 inches would be ideal. Take care : )

Height is irrelevant. Assuming you're in good health otherwise, I'd say any number from 22" to 30" could be ok. If you went by BMI and good health charts, your weight would be in the range of 85-130 pounds. Don't worry about your waist size, weight is much more relevant.

there's no exact measurement that you "should" be. as long as you're a healthy weight .. for 5'6" it could be anywhere from 115-145, everyone looks different but its the way you carry yourself (:

im 5'8 and mines 24 but im too skinny so like 26 should be good

that is good dont loose the weight. i was 5'6 now am 4'5 am trying to get to 5'6 again.
