The average IQ is 100. However it is hard to compare a modern IQ test to an older test because the tests keep changing. A modern test will probably give you a lower IQ score than an older test because psychologist keep changing the tests so the median stays at 100. Also if you take an on line test most likely the score is incorrect. If you are really interested you should go to a psychologist to get tested professionally.

100 with a standard deviation of 15.
This means that 1/3 of the population scores between 85 and 100 and another 1/3 scores between 100 and 115. Of the remaining 1/3, 1/3 of those score between 70 and 85 and 1/3 between 115 and 130. That puts you in the upper 17% of the general population.
In order to qualify for Mensa, you have to score above 130.

an IQ of 122 would know that the average score is 100. Therefore if you had to ask the question, I must put that 122 score into question.

I bet you took a Nickelodeon online IQ "test" (game) LOL !!!

IQ ranges from 0 thru 200, with 100 being average.

Anything from 70-130 is considered normal and anything over or under is stupid or highly intelligent.

It is as rare to find someone with a 200 IQ as it is to find someone with a 0 IQ.
