Doubt in a relationship DOES NOT necessairly mean the "party's over"; it's your soul telling you it's time to look back on the time spent, and really unbiasedly weigh out the character of the person you're dating.

It goes a tad deeper than just writing down a list of "Turn Ons" and "Turn Offs" to see which cataegory wins. You also have to look real clearly into your own heart and imagine life with this person several years ahead......and answer the question "Will I still be happy with this person?????"

But if the love and passion for this person is gone, it's best to let it go--and there's very very few "painless" break up options. You can aim of one and hope for the better; but it's best to talk it out w/ the one you dated ---and exercise sincere diplomatic tact.

Usually, that's a sign that you really don't. If you are thinking about stopping a relationship, it seems that you already have one foot out the door. That's not fair to the other person. Break it off. If it's meant to be, you will get back together, otherwise, you are doing yourself and the other person a favor in the long run.

If you're questioning it to begin with, then something is wrong. If part of you really wants to continue the relationship, you need to sit down with your SO and communicate your doubts to him. If he is willing to work through them, then great! If not, then it may be time to move on. Communication is key in a situation like this.

Come out of the relationship untill you are sure about what you want. You are not going to be sure of your feelings whilst you are in a situation that you are unsure you are comfortable with. It's your life and you only live once.

I basically write out a list of pros and cons. If there are more things that are good then bad I stay and try to take it to the next level if not I confront the person about my concerns and if we can't work it out I simply move on.

you know, if there is doubt in a relationship that means that it is over. The doubt will just grow until you both are completely unhappy and want to kill each other. It is better to leave on good terms

If you don't know, then its usually because you know its not right.
Ask yourself how your life would be without this relationship? Make a list of pros and cons. The answer is there, you just don't want to be the one to end it.

If it were me, I would talk to the other person and let him know how I was feeling. Chances are he might feel the same way. Take a break for a while, if it was ment to be it will happen.

If you are having to ask this question then most likely it is time for it to be over.

Take a break from it, think about it and then decide if this is what you really want.
