no.. go to doctor, ask to see a skin specialist and make sure you get it treated meically first.. or even homiopathically.

Tie your hair back while you are sleeping and sleep with a new pillowcase every night for the next few days, failing this use a clean towel over your pillow every night, the worst thing you can do now is cross contaminate otherwise you will get them all over, don't pick, squeeze, poke, scratch or touch the spots, and do not use all these medicines that you are being advised to use just use simple old fashioned soap and water - i recommend Dove soap, avoid make up and wash your face twice maybe three times daily (3 times if the skin is very greasy) and pat dry with a clean towel. they will be gone before you know it.

Tea tree oil will do it. You can even find it in a roll-on stick form, like a mini deoderant. If you can't find that, get a bootle of the 100% aromatherapy oil and be very careful applying it. Just put a drop or two onto a cotton bud and dab it onto the spot. Make sure you use a clean bud for each spot!
Good Luck!

I had terrible skin. There were three things i did to make a difference: -
1) Use Neutrogena visibly clear blackhead scrub every morning. Works wonders!
2)Limit chocolate, takeaways and sweets to the bare minimum.
3)Because of my periods, i always got bad spots on my face before and during, whatever i tried. So i went to the doctors and they pescribed me the Dianette "pill". Its for getting rid of spots, but is also a contraception and helps with periods, like getting rid of the cramps and such. I couldnt live without it! Totally recommend it!!!
Hope that helps.

That's very common to have spots on your T-Zone (forehead and chin). Do you cleanse your skin daily?
Don't squeeze them, that'll just make them worse.
You're young, give it time and you'll see a difference.
To calm your skin if it's red use rose water or some kind of calming cream or so.

Theres no magical way to make them dissappear but if you wash your face in the morning and at night, wear limited makeup, try not to touch your face or pick at them, they will probably be smaller and less noticeable before you go back to school. Good luck!

Calm down. Toothpaste reduces nasty spots really quickly. Just dab some on each one before going to bed. Or if you find it, Coal Tar soap. It combats the natural oil produced by the skin. Very effective. Though I think they may have stopped selling it.
Oh my God!! I'm getting old

Choose the most obvious ones and work on them. Monday morning browse chemists for something with tea tree in to heal them up quick (unless u got Tisserand antiseptic cream around). Up the vit C for a few days, leave off any make-up.

Try watching your diet closer - watch the greasy foods, soda, etc. Wash your face 2 - 3 x per day and be sure to moisturize areas that are dry. Do not pick your face - you'll cause scarring.
