First Download Yahoo! Messager With Voice.
Second Sign-In
Third go to file then to Chat, or something like that. (You must 18 or above, when you signed-up.)
Fourth Select the room genre you want from the list and then double click the room you want to join.

you have to have yahoo messengers first then you got into a chat room

if u have yahoo meseenger then go to file and select Yahoo! chat.(Note yahoo chat is accesible to 18 and above only)

go to yahoo messenger u can make one,by adding all your contacts and askn them to add there friends too.now u have a confrence room,chatroom.
