Ovechkin did what Crosby was supposed to do.. and he's a forward, (left wing) not a blue liner.. he scored 50 and assisted in 50 his rookie year last year, he was the first overall pick in the 2004 draft, but didn;t play in 04-05 because of the lockout, which is the only reason Crosby didn't win the Calder.. Because Ovechkin was the better player..

He was a rookie with Washington last year. He will be a star in the NHL for a long time. Together with Pittsburgh's Sidney Crosby, the Class of 2005 will re remembered for a long time!

Does anybody really care..Capital punishment..Big Star, no Cup..might as well play for Toronto..He's just another hockey player who's never been on a Stanley Cup winner..
