I used to drink Mountain Dew like it was going outta style - then on January 1st as a resolution to try and lose weight I gave up drinking soda all-together and switched to water (as a treat I will occasionally drink an ice tea or Pom pomagranite juice). It has worked wonders!!

Water, unsweetened iced tea, certain juices that are not too high in sugar, flavored water. Anything is honestly better for you than soft drinks.

Drink organic soft drinks, much much healthier: Santa Cruz Organics, Blue Sky, and Spritzer brands. Hansen's sodas don't qualify.

drink orange lemonade.. it's great! empty a large can of concentrated lemonade into your pitcher and add the water it requires. then add a SMALL can of concentrated orange juice into that same pitcher along with the water that requires. Mix well and pour over ice.. it is SUPER thirst quenching and tastes great!
