i have done searches on line but all the ones i have used what me to pay for the results all i want is a phone number and/or address

give some more information like possible state and country and we can try to give some suggestions. In the US, a great way to find is through social security number.

If you can get his social security number you can find him through taxes and some times at your local library. Go to his parents or other relatives tell them you want to talk to him for him to call you they may not give you his number but they will definitely give him your s 9 times out of 10

try switchboard .com, do you know what state he lives in and city you can check public records, in Ohio you can check out traffic valuations and find people that way, best of luck
