HEHE, such a familiar situation. Mine is similar, and I'm no brain so I spend time in the library to get the necessary done. Between working and going to campus. It kills but pays!
GOOD LUCK

First of all, you should learn to spell the word "College". Second, there are plenty of places on campus that you can study. The library is one example. Also, I would imagine there are places in the student union and various buildings that are tailored purely for studying. The law school that I attend has 4 student lounges, 2 reading rooms, a library, various classrooms that are not used at night but open to the public, and several other seating areas. We even have an "open lounge" complete with kitchen appliances. I'm sure that you can find similar facilities on your campus, even if your particular department or school doesn't have all of that in one building.

Sorry, I have to ask this question. How did you get into college with spelling like that? Collage should be college. And witch should be which. Roommate is one word.
Spelling aside, have you sat down with your roommate and told her how you feel? You and she need to discuss some ground rules. If she continues in her selfish ways, you may need to switch rooms with someone so you can achieve your goals. God bless!

I thought about being really mean with grammatical errors, and spelling, however, I will not. (college, homework, roommate, which, some time... also using "and" to join 2 complete sentences)
Besides that, don't let other people be a drain on you. If they are dragging you down, then cut them off. Tell your roommate, that you are tired of this crap, and you have to get things done. If they do not respond the way that you want for them to, then request a room transfer. Hopefully you can get a single, and not have to worry about a roommate, then you will be on YOUR time, not theirs.

You could try sitting out in your car. Or go down to the library. Or you could buy the headphones that you put on for complete silence. Good luck!

Ask if it would be OK to set a time schedule for guest. Its a give and take situation. Offer to give something and get the negotiating started
