I don't understand how asking for someone's phone number or expressing interest in being friends could make you look like an idiot. Possibly he thought you were asking him out and he's already with someone?

dont feel like an idiot cuz boys will always be boys. will if he has a cell phone ask himm can isee ur phone and put call ur phone and ull get his number but umm..u dont like that then u can also just talk to him at skool(if u go to skool) keep talking and something can become something hope i helped.

Go up to him and be like you know i want to talk to you right? and then he say yes or no if he say why say why don't be shy, be loose wit it. Then ask can i get your # or e-mail if he turn around beg him, but not too much. If he doesn't respond the next day when you see him tease him a little and ask again and then ask him why are you stun-in.

Make sure you know him well enough before u ask him for his contact info! Talk to him in class, smile a lot, and he'll be attracted to you!
It doesn't matter what he thinks of you sweetie, cuz in the end, it's your feelings that matter! Just be yourself, and try again in a few weeksl good luck!

You don't ask him for his number you give him your number. and now that he thinks your an idiot make him jealous, be his dream girl and if you don't know who his dream girl is make one of your friends say that she is doing a paper and she wants to know what is today's dream girl. Then once you know what he wants, be that girl but don't go to him make him go to you, if you know what I mean. Or you could date one of his friends and make him see what he is missing, after you change in to his dream girl!
