Plugs, rotor and distributor cap are new. Coil was tested and reading the right voltage. It's getting gas flow.

Sounds like a choke problem or the dist. cap could be cracked just cause its new doesnt mean its not cracked I bought one brand new only to discover when I did a close inspection that it was cracked

Just because it reads the right voltage when you bench test it doesn't mean the coil is working correctly. This was actually a pretty notorious problem back when those cars were new - the coil would go bad and fail either in cold or rainy conditions, but when you tried diagnosing the coil it would seem all right.

your distribitor cap has a hair line crack and water is getting in put a plastic bag over it at night and when it rains or replace the cap!
