You're 1.78 m tall (178 cm) and 68 kg
Your BMI is 21.46 which means you are in perfect shape.

Additional Note:
Guys, sorry, from where you bring these figures!!!?

1'' = 2.54 cm
5' = 150 cm
so 5'11'' = 178 cm

1 kg = 2.2 pounds
so 150 pounds = 68 kg

This is not a debatable subject, this is simple meteric conversion.
I'm sure of my answer, so just take it from me if you need it for your homework.

Additional:
Auntie Alex answer is very accurate. But in practice, 5' is usually considered as 150cm, then you add the extra inches multiplied by 2.54

OK here's the conversion for your weight:
1 pound = 0.453 592 37 kilogram

So since you weight 150 pounds you weight 68 kilograms

Here's the conversion for your height:

1 foot = 0.304 8 meters
You are 5 feet which is = to 1.524 meter

then 1 inch = 2.54 centimeter
so you need to add 11 inches which would be = to
27.94 centimeters (0.2794 meters)

So if you add those you'd be around 1.80 m.

I've included a link to convert just about anything!!! Have a look!!!
