Can "virgins" (girls who've never had sex with people, but objects) get pelvic exams at planned parenthood? And can you request to have a woman doctor and/or nurse? I think I might have PID, and I know they say get to the doctor as soon as possible, but I'm a little nervous. I get weird around guys in general, there's no telling how I will react if I have a guy examine me.

sure you can have an exam, you should be able to get a female doctor is one is there but if not take the male. Remember he has seen more then you think and you are just a person that is being examined by him or her.
